The SmorgesBorg Collective decided to have another small social bowling event, just for a laugh. Unfortunately the universe felt that one sight of us all wearing shorts and getting drunk in public was enough, and the torrential rain led us to have a pub quiz instead. Ah well, I guess we were expecting too much to get two good nights out of a Cumbrian summer, although strangely my Cumbrian flag again prevented rain once it arrived at the pub!! Alas, too late for us then to play bowls.
The quiz went fairly smoothly, with debates over only a couple of questions, and the scores were:

The pictures look a bit blurry because everyone was a bit tipsy......
After the quiz, most of us stayed on and engaged in pool playing, dart throwing (most of which hit the dartboard) and general craic!
