Four pepper pasta sauce


1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper
1tbsp olive oil
1 dried chilli pepper
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp cayennes pepper
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Peel and chop onion and garlic. Deseed and chop red pepper. Heat oil in saucepan. Fry onion, garlic and dried chilli until fragrant. Remove dried chilli. Add in red pepper and tomatoes. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes until sauce has thickened. Serve at once with spaghetti or macaroni and parmesan cheese.
