Ingredients
250g unsalted butter
250g brown sugar
6 table spoons alcohol
Suggested alcohols:
Cherry Brandy
Rum
Calvados
Peach, Banana or Blue Curacao
slowly melt the sugar on a low heat. Add the sugar and alcohol. stir in slowly until the mixture is no longer marbled and has the appearance of molasses. pour into containers of your preferred size. cover with a tea towel or similar and allow to cool. once cool, put on a lid and keep in the fridge.
