Banana Oat Cookies

one banana - as over ripe as possible, so they are squidgy. this gives the cookies their sweetness.
one mug of oats
(you can then multiply this up, depending on how many bananas you have)
preheat oven to 180c

mash banana(s) fully
mix in oats
split into eight balls (per mix)
oil tray (with olive oil if you want to be really healthy)
flatten each ball and place equally apart on tray

cook for 15-20 minutes

if covering with choc:

turn each cookie over, revealing the side which is a little singed from cooking
using 85% cocoa choc, gently twist a half square (or less, or none!) on top of each cookie until top is covered with molten choc.
