Cous Cous for 4 servings
Place all the ingredients except for the Cous Cous in a large casserole dish and cook in a pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5 for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, add the Cous Cous and leave for 10 minutes as the Cous Cous soaks up the sauce. If the mixture is too dry, add more milk and leave again.
Serve with garlic and herb bread.
