Short crust pastry
One Haggis
mixed vegetables equal to two thirds the weight of the haggis
Steam haggis as directed Steam or boil veg, and then drain and mash together Mix mashed veg and haggis together, perhaps with some Whiskey or Calvados (one teaspoon per individual pie) Spoon mash and haggis mix into each pie and top pastry Cook in a preheated oven at gas mark 5 for 20 to 30 minutes
