Quick Spicy Meatball Cous Cous - Serves 4


tin of Ratatouille
tin of meatballs in bolognaise sauce
half tin of tomato puree
2 tablespoons Biryani Paste
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon of Herbs de Provence
250ml milk

Cous Cous for 4 servings

Place all the ingredients except for the Cous Cous in a large casserole dish and put in a 800W microwave for 6 minutes on high. Remove and add the Cous Cous and leave for 10 minutes as the Cous Cous soaks up the sauce. If the mixture is too dry, add more milk and leave again. Place the casserole dish in the microwave for 6 minutes on medium.

Serve with garlic and herb bread.
