300g sausage meat balls/meatballs
2 tbsp oil
2 medium red onions, peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
600ml chicken or pork stock
tbsp gravy granules
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 fresh bay leaves
200g pasta spirals (cooked)
Fry your balls for 10-15 minutes!! Put to one side. Fry onions and garlic for 10/15 minutes. Add the meatballs, stock, gravy granules, tomato puree and bay leaves. Bring to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
