Main ingredients
350g-500g turkey (thin strips)
*handful of mixed peppers
*6 spring onions
*100g cashew nuts
2tbsp dark soy sauce
4tbsp hoi sin sauce
1tbsp ground ginger
1tbsp garlic
Add everything except * to a bowl, stir and leave to marinade for 1 hour. Add to a wok and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add the * and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice.
