As Martin is on leave today, and after telephone conversation with him, here is the squad for tonight:

No Subs
The lack of substitutes should be no problem for us tonight. Martin and I have both experienced occasions playing for Crown Corkers when we played better as a team without substitutes, because of the consistency of having the same players on the pitch. Saint & Co have looked poor on most occasions this season, so a repeat of our performance against Miltech will see a second win for us. Full inspirational team talk from Martin and Jordan later.

Well, a funny game, sort of.
1-1 was a fair result, but it was two points dropped.
Their goal came from a lobbed cross over the defence which fell to one of their players to volley home. The shot was unstoppable, but as the lob came in I was torn over narrowing the angle further, as I thought he may control it to cut back inside, which he didn't. Still, I made several other good saves.
They had a free-kick in the second-half which only Martin and I seemed to be paying any attention to. No-one stood in front of the ball, allowing them to take a shot at goal which I did tip around for a corner, but they should not have been allowed that free shot.
We did have shots on goal, but the defence was pulled out of position too often with Martin having to frequently mark the last man.
Unlike the Miltech game, there wasn't as much talking. Overall though, it wasn't too bad and it was Anakin's first game. Without subs, fatigue did tell towards the end of the game, which was to be expected, but we should still have won this game.
