Dear Mr Doweck,
I am a season ticket holder in the East Stand and sit with several other regulars. There were several points raised before and during the last match.
1. Season ticket holders no longer have a dedicated turnstile. This means that we have to queue and negates some of the advantage of having season tickets. This struck several of us as an odd way to reward our commitment to the Club.
2. The windows at the rear of the East Stand looked much nicer after being washed for the first time ever, however
3. Those of us on the back row of the East Stand had to clean our seats because all the muck from the windows had sprayed onto them.
4. The team is much better than last season and we all have high hopes of doing well this season or, at least, better than last season.
Finally, I am disappointed not to have received a reply to my letter of 20 May 2000. During Mr Knighton's time as chairman I always received replies to letters I sent to the club. Several of the readers of my website have asked what response I received from the club to my last letter and it has been embarrassing to say that I had not received one.
