Well, as I write this, we're steaming forth in Tier 4, leading a tight-knit pack after a stormy season. We've had ups and downs, but good solid performances should hopefully see us in Tier 3 next season.
Now, I know I've been quiet (which is unusual for me!) but I've still not got a home PC since moving back to Cumbria, so can't post to the mailing list (for complicated "can't be bothered" technical reasons) or update this web site. I've been impressed with CUFC when I've seen them this season, and wish I could get to Cardiff for the final, but can't afford it at present. Still, I'll be in the Canadian Sports Bar off Botchergate to watch it, so perhaps see some of you there :-)
Remember the jokes about "Arsenal 1-0"? Well, I think that perhaps we should rename our club "Carlisle United 5-0"!
