I thought this was a better performance overall, with the Blues deserving a share of the points. What a cruel game this can be. I can't remember when we had a bit of luck and scored a last minute winner!!!!!! It was good to see Luke Weaver back. I think he will give a bit of stability to the defence. He does come for crosses and apart from a couple of spills looked pretty confident. Defensively I thought we played quite well, restricting Rotherham to a handful of chances in the match. Contrary to one report, we did get some shots on target but lack that cutting edge up front to constantly pose any threat. Tracey is too lightweight and easily held off the ball, Baker is just too slow in thought and movement. Anthony again provided the midfield vision but again too often he saw openings that none of his team mates could see. Soley was again disappointing for long parts of the match but does have some good touches. I feel Dobie is wasted playing wide. If the wing backs can't provide the ammunition, then we nee a wide player to allow Dobie to play in a more central forward role. We have now played the best three teams in the league over the last three games and have held our own against Peterborough and Rotherham. The Barnet defeat was more down to a weakened side than anything else. I just feel that there is an improvement and that elusive win may not be far away. I can't help feeling that our Championship side with Reeves et al would have walked this league by a country mile. Nostalgia is a great comfort in times like these!!! Those around me in the Warwick had not heard anything about SOS 2000, so I would suggest that we all may need to start using our telephones to get the message across to our fellow Blues without internet access. SPREAD THE WORD!!!! Mike Corry
